deRoute won Agents That Ship
Update log
Skill: TypeScript
deRoute won the Agents That Ship track at Encode London 2026. I built it on my own over the hackathon weekend.
The idea is simple to say: you should be able to use frontier AI models without anyone, including the people running the router, reading what you write. Before anything leaves your screen, your browser checks the attestation of the sealed computer that will run the model, and personal details are hidden first. The live site explains each check.

Keeping the checks honest
An attestation check is only useful if it keeps working. An hourly monitor verifies every enclave against its signed release. When the provider shipped new releases for three models, the monitor flagged them; I confirmed the new signed releases and updated the pins, and all six enclaves verify again.
